Franklins-Yard-BicesterBicester – Franklins Yard

We are appointed by Cherwell District Council to deliver the 2nd phase of Bicester Town Centre which will comprise of a new Civic Building incorporating a new library, Council offices, commercial offices for a local firm of solicitors, a 53-bedroom Travelodge hotel, together with two large retail / restaurant units on the ground floor.

Completion is due in February 2016.


Banbury-Business-Park-PlanBanbury Business Park

In partnership with the Church Commissioners, we are promoting the remaining 6 acres for B1/B2 Uses on this well-established business park location. The land has the benefit of outline planning consent for B1/B2 Uses and is capable of immediate development to suit occupiers’ needs. We have already completed two buildings at Banbury Business Park, the details of which are in the ‘Completed Projects’ section. Botley-DEVELOPMENT-PLANBotley

We are managing a consortium of three landowners who own land adjacent to and part of the West Way Shopping Centre in Botley. We are assisting in bringing forward redevelopment proposals that will ultimately see the entire site redeveloped into a new food store, cinema, hotel, student housing, retail and restaurant space and a number of new community facilities.


New Retail Development, Nairn

A planning application will be submitted shortly for a new food store, together with adjoining non-food retail floor space which will comprise a Home Bargains and a range of other retail tenants.


Portishead

Working in joint venture with Loc8 Developments, construction is completed for a new development comprising of new retail and restaurant premises for Home Bargains, Majestic Wine and JD Wetherspoons.


Northfield

The development of a 2,000 sq ft Starbucks drive-thru unit on a very prominent site on the A38 in Northfield, Birmingham.


Bridgnorth-Site-PlanBridgnorth

The proposed development of a 23,000 sq ft non-food retail shops comprising of five units adjacent to the Sainsbury’s food supermarket. National retailers will be sought to occupy the new shop units, improving local choice and encouraging more residents to stay in the town to shop. The planning application will be submitted shortly and the development is expected to be trading by the end of 2016 / early 2017.


Brackley-developmentBrackley

The development of a Local Centre comprising 10,000 sq ft of retail units on the ground floor with 26 apartments above, 10 of which will be Affordable. The National Co-op will operate the convenience store and there will be a range of other retailers, including both national and local operators. The development is due to commence on site in autumn 2016 with completion in autumn 2017.
