Ziran Land is a privately owned property development company based in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire. The company was formed in 2014 from two established development companies which together have undertaken developments to the value of approximately £200 million of commercial and mixed use schemes throughout Great Britain.

The Directors of Ziran Land are John Liggins FRICS, Mark Lambourne and Andy Thompson BSc MRICS. John and Andy were both formerly Directors of Stockdale Land.

Ziran is able to utilise its own internal financial resources to undertake developments, and as such is able to be faster and more flexible than other developers who are reliant on external finance.

We pride ourselves on our ability to work with landowners, business operators both large and small, Local Authorities and the community to deliver successful developments wherever we go.

Recently we have completed a range of developments including a joint venture with Cherwell District Council and Sainsbury’s comprising a £70 million development of a new town centre scheme in the town of Bicester, including a Sainsbury’s supermarket, 7-screen multiplex cinema, retail and restaurant units, together with a multi-storey car park and a new bus station.

Recently we have also completed a number of office buildings, including a headquarters building for a regional firm of solicitors, a headquarters building for a substantial Housing Association, a resource centre for a regional ambulance authority together with the refurbishment of an existing shopping centre. Previously we have undertaken developments in Croydon, York, Brighton, Birmingham and a number of other locations throughout Great Britain.
